User Agreement

Thank you for using Clipora AI ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read this User Agreement carefully before using the App.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not use the App.

User Account

Registration and Login

Certain features of the App may require you to create an account or log in. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering or using the App.

Your personal information will be collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password.

You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized access or use of your account, please notify us immediately.

Account Deletion

You may request to delete your account at any time. After your account is deleted, your account information and related personal data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

Please note that certain information may be retained where required by law, for legitimate business purposes, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or enforcement of this Agreement.

App Services and Usage Rights

Content Viewing

The App may provide short drama videos and other entertainment content. You may access and view such content for personal, non-commercial use only within the App.

All content available through the App is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, download, record, distribute, modify, reproduce, publicly display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content unless expressly authorized by us or the relevant rights holder.

Advertisements

The App may provide free services supported by advertisements. You acknowledge and agree that advertisements may be displayed while you use the App.

Advertisements may be provided by third-party partners. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, availability, quality, or performance of third-party advertisements, products, or services.

Subscription Features

The App may offer paid subscription features, including but not limited to an ad-free viewing experience or access to premium features.

Subscription purchases are processed through Google Play, the App Store, or other applicable payment platforms. The billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and payment rules of the relevant platform will apply.

Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period, according to the rules of the applicable platform.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through the subscription management settings of Google Play, the App Store, or the platform through which you purchased the subscription.

After cancellation, you may continue to access the subscription features until the end of the current paid subscription period. No further charges will be made after the subscription period ends, unless you subscribe again.

User Conduct

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, infringing, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Uploading, posting, sharing, or distributing content that infringes any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of others.
  • Using the App for advertising, marketing, promotional, or commercial activities without our prior written authorization.
  • Interfering with, damaging, disabling, overloading, or disrupting the normal operation, security, or functionality of the App.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App, user accounts, servers, networks, or systems.
  • Using bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated tools without authorization.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying, or attempting to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law.
  • Using the App to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Engaging in fraud, abuse, harassment, impersonation, or any activity that may harm other users, us, or third parties.

Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App or your account if we believe that you have violated this Agreement, applicable laws, or the rights of others.

We may also take necessary measures to protect the App, users, our business, or third parties.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, features, trademarks, logos, designs, software, text, images, videos, audio, interfaces, and other materials provided through the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

Except as expressly permitted by this Agreement, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, sell, lease, license, or otherwise exploit any part of the App or its content without prior authorization.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Service Changes and Termination

We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or terminate all or part of the App or its services at any time, with or without notice, where permitted by law.

We may also update this Agreement from time to time. If you do not agree to the updated Agreement, you should stop using the App. Your continued use of the App after the updated Agreement becomes effective means that you accept the changes.

Disclaimer

The App and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to warranties of availability, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages caused by device malfunction, data loss, service interruption, unauthorized access, third-party content, advertisements, or subscription-related issues.

Third-Party Services

The App may contain links, advertisements, content, SDKs, payment services, or other services provided by third parties.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, including their content, policies, security, accuracy, availability, or practices.

If any dispute arises from or relates to this Agreement or your use of the App, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through friendly negotiation where possible.
